Additionally, the narration links your thoughts to various animals. Therefore, your mind will be flitting from voice to scene, having many perspectives available.

You can choose a tropical ocean setting, with waves splashing on the shore, then go to an icy mountain. When you choose a new setting, the application will ask you to press your finger to a sensor for measuring your heart rate. In this way, you could easily find your happy place.

With these applications, you will learn the basics of a guided practice like loving-kindness. If you want to get outside of yourself to decompress or escape, then VR is an interesting place to explore.
